Greenard dealt with an injury this past campaign that limited him to 12 appearances and just three sacks, though Pro Football Focus did credit him with 47 pressures. Prior to that, he had notched back-to-back 12-sack seasons as a member of the Houston Texans and Vikings. He had established himself as one of the more impactful pass rushers in 2023-24.
Greenard is signed through 2027. The Vikings may have to release the Pro Bowl edge rusher due to their difficulties with the salary cap if a trade fails to materialize. The Raiders should be attentive to Greenard's availability. He would be an outstanding fit in Rob Leonard's defense.
