Yadav alleged that despite complaints of irregularities during by-elections in Uttar Pradesh, no action has been taken against officials involved. He said neither the Election Commission nor the state government had acted on these issues so far.

Targeting the BJP ahead of upcoming political battles, Yadav said that after elections conclude in West Bengal and Assam, BJP leaders will shift their focus to Uttar Pradesh.

However, he asserted that this time a government led by PDA would be formed in the state. He added that while the BJP had promised “achhe din,” people in Uttar Pradesh would see an end to “bad days” once the party is voted out of power.
