WrestleMania Night 1 live grades, results for every match

The biggest WWE event of the year is underway in Las Vegas, and as host John Cena alluded to in his intro on Saturday night, it's now time for WWE's biggest stars to shift the attention from the "polarizing buildup" to eyeball-popping performances in Allegiant Stadium.

We'll be updating you with results, recap, and grades for every match.

Match 1: IShowSpeed, Austin Theory and Logan Paul vs. Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso and LA Knight

Following an entrance by WrestleMania host John Cena, the first match of the night is the six-man tag. An interesting choice by WWE, after WrestleMania 41 kicked off each night with a championship bout.

For IShowSpeed's effective ring debut, the influencer-turned wrestler did an adequate job, showing off his acrobatic ability with a few entertaining spots. He's no Bad Bunny - or even Logan Paul - but in the annals of celebrity wrestling, it was better than expected.

After LA Knight scored the victory, Paul attacked Speed in the ring, accusing him of ruining his WrestleMania. Paul set up Speed on the announce table outside the ring, but before he could launch from the turnbuckle, the Usos and Knight returned to the ring and hit him with a 1D. Paul was set up on the announce table, and Speed hit a massive "IShowSplash" from the ring post, putting Paul through the table.

A quick match that won't go down as a WrestleMania classic, but the after-the-bell chaos made for a high-energy WrestleMania opener.

Winners: LA Knight and the Usos

Grade: 3/5 stars.

Match 2: Jacob Fatu vs. Drew McIntyre

This is an unsanctioned match, and before the announcement of Jacob Fatu's entrance, it was noted that WWE could not be held liable to damage or injuries to the competitors - meaning we're in for some hardcore action. Within a minute of the bell ringing, Fatu was pulling tables out from under the ring and tossing weapons into the squared circle, and in theory, McIntyre's massive claymore he walked to the ring with is legal to use.

Before long, McIntyre took a phone from ringside to record video message before pummeling Fatu's head.
