“Lennart Karl will start tomorrow. He made a very good impression in training. But we have different options and profiles in Jamie [Leweling] and Leroy [Sané]. Lenny will get his chance tomorrow to show what he can do,” Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann said (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).

Nagelsmann also provided an updated on banged up starting goalkeeper Manuel Neuer and gave a hint on the rest of the starting lineup as well.

“(Neuer has) been running, it’s looking good. He has no problem and all is going to plan. We’ll make a decision before the USA friendly,” Nagelsmann stated. “Felix Nmecha and Aleks Pavlović will start in midfield. As of today, Deniz Undav will start upfront.”
