South African-born tech entrepreneur Elon Musk has officially become the world’s first-ever trillionaire on Friday 12 June, here’s a look at his his 14 children and their mothers.

WHO ARE ELON MUSK’S KIDS?

NEVADA ALEXANDER

Elon Musk’s first-born child was Nevada Alexander, who he welcomed his now ex-wife Justine Musk in 2002. Unfortunately, Nevada passed away at just 10 weeks old due to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).

TWINS: GRIFFIN MUSK AND VIVIAN WILSON

After the death of their first born, Musk and Justine welcomed a pair of twins, who were born as Griffin and Xavier in 2004. Xavier legally changed her gender and name to Vivian Jenna Wilson in 2022, just days after her 18th birthday.

Vivian is known to have an estranged relationship with trillionaire and world’s richest man Musk.

TRIPLETS: KAI, SAXON AND DAMIAN

Justine and Musk later welcomed triplets – Kai, Saxon and Damian, using InVitro Fertilisation (IVF).

X AE A-XII

The first of Musk’s younger kids is X AE A-XII, affectionately known as baby X, who Musk welcomed with then girlfriend, Canadian singer Grimes in May 2020. The pair have been dating from 2018 but were in an on-and-off relationship.

TWINS: STRIDER AND AZURE

Musk “secretly” welcomed a pair of twins named Strider and Azure with Neuralinks executive Shivon Zilis in November 2021.

EXA DARK SIDERÆL

Musk welcomed his second child with Grimes, Exa Dark Sideræl in December 2021 via surrogate. This was just a month after he secretly welcomed twins with Shivon. Grimes later changed the baby girl’s name to “Y” or “Why?”.

TECHNO MECHANICUS

In Musk’s biography, written by Walter Issacson, it was revealed that Musk “secretly” welcomed his third child with Grimes. The baby was reportedly born in 2022 and named Techno Mechanicus.

ARCADIA

Musk also secretly welcomed his third child with Shivon named Arcadia.

ROMULUS

Musk and author Ashley St. Clair have a son named Romulus. He was born in September 2024, and the child’s surname is recorded as St. Clair.

SELDON LYCURGUS

Musk and Zilis welcomed their fourth child, a son named Seldon Lycurgus, in late February 2025.
