Former Ohio State basketball players on what it means to be a Buckeye
· Yahoo Sports
We hear it all the time. "Once a Buckeye, always a Buckeye." And while it is often used with the brotherhood of the football program, it extends to other parts of the university as well, including the Ohio State basketball team.
Head coach Jake Diebler had former OSU players back with the program recently, and they got to mingle with the current team, including taking part in drills and other practice activities. After seeing the current players up close and personal, some of the vets had some pretty good things to say about what the team is made of this year, but it also offered an opportunity for more sound bites and moments to remember.

The Ohio State Hoops creative team took the opportunity to interview a few of the former players to discuss what it means to be a Buckeye, and guys like E.J. Liddell, Je'Sean Tate, and Jared Sullinger had nothing but great things to say about the culture and brotherhood of the basketball program. The video also shows some behind-the-scenes moments of Vet Week, so that too is worth watching.
The Buckeye Brotherhood is unlike anything else in the country.

We are still deep in the offseason for the OSU basketball team, but there's sure to be more moments, video, and interviews coming from the program, and as those happen, we'll bring those to you. As a reminder, the Buckeyes open up the season out in Salt Lake City against BYU on Nov. 2.
