Logan Paul says he’s ‘fine’ as WWE return hopes grow after torn triceps injury
· Yahoo Sports
Logan Paul believes he is ready to return to WWE despite still recovering from a torn triceps. The social media star made that clear during an appearance on ESPN’s First Take, where he insisted his recovery is ahead of schedule.
Asked about his condition, Paul joked about the injury before showing off his arm.

“Does it look injured to you, Stephen A.?” Paul asked after Stephen A. Smith questioned whether the triceps still appeared damaged.

When Shae Cornette asked if he was ready to compete again, Paul answered confidently.
“Oh yeah, that’s what I’m talking about. Look at this. Does that look injured to you? I’m going to be honest with you, okay?” Paul said. “… The WWE medical team needs to tune in and medically clear me because I’m fine. I’m fine. They said six months. It’s been two, and I’m fine.”
He doubled down on his confidence by adding, “Put me in. The Vision needs me. The company needs me. I’m ready to go.”
Paul also praised WWE while discussing his status. He said, “I am employed by… No, excuse me. I’m an independent contractor with the WWE. And I respect the WWE. In fact, I’m so grateful for what they’ve done. And honestly, they’re grateful for me too because of what I’ve done for the business. And they are. And they pay me handsomely. Extremely handsomely, may I add.”
WWE still has the final say on Logan Paul’s return to the ring
Paul suffered a complete triceps tear during Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 23 while defending the WWE World Tag Team Championship alongside Austin Theory. The injury required surgery after part of the tendon ripped from the bone.
Doctors projected a six-month recovery, forcing Paul to vacate the titles immediately after the match. Although he has claimed to be “healing like Wolverine” in his YouTube vlog, WWE has not medically cleared him for in-ring action.

Paul has stayed relevant despite his absence through regular appearances on Monday Night RAW and his involvement with The Vision faction. That television presence has kept his character active without rushing his recovery.

Paul’s confidence suggests a return may not be far away. However, WWE’s medical staff, not Paul himself, will determine when one of the company’s biggest attractions can safely step back into the ring.
