The NASCAR O'Reilly Series is set to arrive at Indianapolis Motor Speedway for its 22nd race of the 2026 season. It is the only date at Indianapolis, as NASCAR only goes to the venue once per year. In 2025, Sam Mayer won the pole for the O'Reilly Series race at Indianapolis, marking his first and final pole position during the season.
First, the O'Reilly Series needs to qualify for the event at Indianapolis, and the qualifying format is simple. Every driver will make a one-lap run, with the best overall lap times determining the starting lineup. The metric system determines the qualifying order.
