The Texas A&M Aggies have been picked to finish fourth in the SEC Preseason Media Poll, the conference announced on Friday. The Aggies also had four players on the Preseason All-SEC Team

The Aggies finished with five first-place votes and 1,967 points, 88 media members in attendance at SEC Media Days voted on the poll. The Georgia Bulldogs were picked to win the SEC, receiving 88 first-place votes and 2,519 points. The Texas Longhorns, Ole Miss Rebels, and LSU Tigers round out the top five.
Wide receiver Mario Craver was the only Aggie to make the Preseason First Team, doing so as an all-purpose player. Craver also made the second team as a wide receiver, being joined by center Mark Nabou Jr. Craver caught 59 passes for 917 yards and four touchdowns last season, carrying the ball 11 times for 81 yards and another touchdown.
Nabou played in all 13 games last season, starting 12. He posted a 64.8 PFF grade and did not allow a sack in 401 pass-blocking snaps.
Defensive lineman DJ Hicks was the only Texas A&M defender to be honored, making the third team. He played in all 13 games last year, finishing with 26 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, and 3.0 sacks in the best year of his career.
The final Aggie to be honored is wide receiver Terry Bussey, who made the third team as a kickoff return specialist. He returned 18 kickoffs last year, averaging 23.4 yards per return. The junior also returned seven punts, averaging 8.9 yards per return. He scored an 18-yard touchdown on his only reception in 2025.
