Sleazeball French modelling scout Daniel Siad was – naturally – discovered dead in his suburban Paris home by a young female guest.
For a close pal of the late billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein , this should come as no surprise.
The hedge fund headcase’s tentacles ran deep in the world of catwalks and mannequins. Epstein, who apparently took himself off the board in a Manhattan jail cell in 2019, was known as a frequent sexual molester of models.
Feeding an insatiable monster
Siad denied sex trafficking the young, stiletto-thin prospects to Epstein. And yet …
He emailed Epstein: “In This busyness I feel like fisherman some time I cache quick, some time no fish.”
The financier responded by wiring money for Siad’s expenses when he was scouting new young girls, writing “Wht about new girls?” Siad cheerfully responded: “26 but she look 18.”
But like many others in Epstein’s coterie of kinkos, there is more than a little mystery surrounding his demise. The financier’s former butler, Valdson Vieira Cotrin, told the Daily Telegraph that Siad was “as important as Ghislaine Maxwell” in arranging for women for Epstein to have sex with in Paris.

JEAN-LUC BRUNEL
411: French modelling agent, 76, died like Epstein: Hanging in a Paris prison cell while being held on suspicion of rape and sex trafficking minors. Denied wrongdoing. Epstein funded his model management company. Prosecutors suspected the Frenchman of trafficking underage girls to Epstein in the U.S. In one instance, he allegedly gifted 12-year-old twins to Epstein for rape. Virginia Giuffre claimed she was raped by Brunel and was disappointed she didn’t see him in court.
BILL RICHARDSON
411: Former governor of New Mexico and U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, he died in his sleep in his Massachusetts summer home at aged 75 in 2023. No cause of death has been given. He was named in a civil suit with Ghislaine Maxwell. Giuffre claimed she was sex trafficked to Richardson, who travelled with Epstein and three of his victims on his private jet, the Lolita Express, to the Caribbean.
MARK MIDDLETON
411: Bill Clinton assistant and fixer who greased the wheels for Epstein to visit the White House 17 times. Also flew on Lolita Express. In 2022, Middleton killed himself at his Arkansas ranch, with the coroner noting his history of depression in calling it a suicide. But he allegedly used a shotgun. One friend said: “He knows nothing about guns. He hated guns. He couldn’t have tied a noose to save his life. The man couldn’t change a light bulb by himself … His death scenario is completely implausible to everybody that knew him.”
EFRAIN ‘STONE’ REYES
411: Did Epstein’s cellmate know too much? In 2021, Reyes, 51, died at his mom’s Bronx apartment allegedly from COVID. After Reyes was transferred from the Manhattan jailhouse, Epstein was found dead the next day. His lawyer said Reyes got along well with the sex trafficker: “I think my client’s presence stabilized Mr. Epstein.”
JOE RECAREY
411: Palm Beach detective who spearheaded the investigation into Epstein in the mid-2000s. He died in 2018 after a “brief illness.” He was 50. Recarey and former Palm Beach Police Chief Michael Reiter claimed they were under immense pressure to drop the sex trafficking probe into Epstein. Eventually, the two cops believed they were being followed.
THOMAS BOWERS
411: Bowers, 55, a banker with Deutsche Bank, had Epstein as a client. In 2019, he hanged himself in his Malibu home. In 2020, the bank paid a $150 million fine to settle New York charges, admitting it made a “critical mistake” in working with the registered sex offender.
DANIEL SIAD
411: Found dead by female playmate, 28. Tried CPR but could not resuscitate, with the autopsy pinning his death on cardiac arrest. Playmate said he appeared healthy and now prosecutors are investigating, triggering new cover-up and conspiracy theories. Siad’s name appeared thousands of times in the Epstein Files. One victim told the BBC that Siad was “essentially a professional trafficker.” He had also been accused of rape.
ALFREDO RODRIGUEZ
411: Former Epstein butler, 60, died of cancer in 2014. He had been nabbed by the feds trying to sell Epstein’s infamous “little black book” for $50,000. Featured details on victims, celebrity pals and others. Rodriguez said he feared the hedge fund manager would make him “disappear.”
VIRGINIA GIUFFRE
411: Epstein and Maxwell began using the Florida teen for threesomes when she was just 15 before she was trafficked to their twisted pals, allegedly including the former Prince Andrew. Giuffre killed herself in 2025 at her Australian home. She was 41. Her dad, Sky Roberts, didn’t believe it, telling Piers Morgan: “Somebody got to her.”
