Pekka Rinne, Billy Strings, pro wrestling highlight Predators theme nights

The Nashville Predators have announced their theme nights for the 2026-27 season, including two nights devoted to Hall of Fame inductee goaltender Pekka Rinne.

On Nov. 3 against the Carolina Hurricanes, the Predators will host a ceremony to "send Rinne off" to the Hall of Fame in Toronto ahead of the induction ceremony on Nov. 9. Then on March 30 against the Buffalo Sabres, the Predators will give away a Rinne bobblehead to the first 10,000 fans.
Returning this season is the Predators' Music City Hockey series, which features giveaways for notable musicians with ties to Nashville. Included this year is bluegrass musician Billy Strings, who will have a bobblehead giveaway on Feb. 18. Additional artists and giveaways will be announced at a later date.
This year, the Predators have added three dates to their "Smashville Sports Series" theme nights. Wrestling night, including a championship belt bag giveaway, will be on Dec. 15. Outdoorsmen night, with a fishing vest giveaway, will be on Oct. 13. There also will be a NASCAR night on Jan. 26.

- PTO: Preds Time Off – Nov. 30 and Jan. 20
- Smashville Holiday Special: Hockey Holidays – Dec. 22 (presented by Ticketmaster)
- New Year’s Day – Jan. 1
- Pride Night – Jan. 5
- University of Tennessee Night – Jan. 12
- Women of Smashville Night – Jan. 14
- Heart Day – Feb. 13
- Military Week – March 4 & 6 (presented by Ford)
- Regions Extra Tracks – March 20
- Pediatric Cancer Night – April 1 (benefiting the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt)

- Fan Appreciation – April 10 (presented by Bridgestone Americas)
After the Predators open rookie camp on Sept. 11, followed by full training camp on Sept. 16, Nashville opens the regular season on Oct. 1 against the Minnesota Wild at Bridgestone Arena.
