No one matched all six numbers in Tuesday’s main PowerBall draw, meaning the jackpot rolls over once again ahead of Friday’s draw.
The PowerBall Xtra draw told a similar story on the jackpot front, with no top-prize winner there either, sending that pool rolling over to an estimated R22 million for the next draw.
The real story: thousands of smaller wins
While the jackpot rolled over, it wasn’t all quiet on the prize front. The PowerBall Xtra draw alone produced 113 963 winners, sharing in a prize pool of R20 million between them.
It’s proof that even on a night without a single big headline winner, plenty of players still walked away better off than they started.
