A private citizen recently stood in front of a podium and asked Los Angeles City Council politicians to fund a “pilot program” for sexual gratification clinics.

“I would like to propose that Los Angeles consider a pilot program for free hygienic, sexual relief clinics, primarily serving the homeless and unhoused,” the private citizen said on Aug. 11.

The basic premise is to have taxpayers fund the program so the homeless could pleasure themselves or their partners in these “sexual relief clinics,” instead of having rampant sex on skid row during the middle of the day.

‘This means equality’

The program would be for everybody to enjoy. There are no barriers to inclusion. It is also supervised with “professional oversight.”

“This means equality,” the unidentified man said. ‘This means private sexual relief through masturbation, or where appropriate and consensual, with a partner. And all funded by public tax dollars and managed with professional oversight.”

“Yes, you heard that right. Here in Los Angeles, they’re considering a pilot program for hygienic sexual relief clinics. This means that homeless would have a location for them to go and masturbate and have sex in,” independent journalist Nick Shirley reported on his YouTube channel.

Fox News host Jesse Watters made the quote during a segment of his show, criticizing California public spending and this proposal.

“Your money could be going to free sex bungalows for a homeless haram, breast implants, teeth and love shacks.” Watters said on social media.

One social media account termed these clinics as “nut huts.”

As of Wednesday, no elected officials have pursued the proposal.
