After a rough Week 1 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, the Los Angeles Rams are looking to bounce back at home against the New York Giants.

Unfortunately, Myles Garrett landed on injured reserve and will be out for a while. Aaron Donald is slated to come back, but unfortunately, Garrett isn't the only star dealing with an injury issue.

As Benjamin Royer of The O.C. Register reports, Rams head coach Sean McVay revealed that Puka Nacua, who didn't practice on Friday due to a hip issue, is still not practicing on Saturday ahead of Monday Night Football against the Giants.

"Rams coach Sean McVay says that Puka Nacua (hip) is not practicing today and will be questionable for Monday Night Football," Royer reports.

This update for the Rams is a concerning one. While Nacua might be good to go by Monday night, the fact that he's questionable for this matchup and hasn't practiced for the last two days is something to worry about.

Hip injuries can be tricky, and this update isn't exactly what Rams fans will want to hear ahead of what could be a very important Week 2 matchup.

If the Rams lose, they'll drop to 0-2 on the year, and likely face an uphill battle to win the NFC West. Their Week 1 loss already made things difficult, and now things could be getting a lot more challenging.

Garrett is out for a while, and now there is some concern about Nacua's status. For now, he's only questionable. But there is some real doubt about whether Nacua will actually suit up in Week 2 after missing two practices in a row with a hip injury.

If Nacua is inactive for Week 2, Davante Adams and the tight end room will be very busy. Matthew Stafford needs a big week, and it might have to come without Nacua against the Giants.
