Braves News: Chris Sale struggles, Ronald Acuña Jr. update, and more
· Yahoo Sports
The Atlanta Braves had an unfortunate Tuesday and fell behind in Game 3 of the NLDS after a 3-1 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers. Chris Sale got the start, and though he recorded seven strikeouts, he did not have his sharpest stuff. In the fourth inning, he surrendered two home runs that put the Braves in a 3-0 hole.
In other unfortunate news, the Atlanta offense was unable to provide run support. The Dodgers pitching staff limited the Braves to just five hits all game. Atlanta went 0-for-6 with runners in scoring position and left six men on base.
