The Oklahoma City Thunder unveiled new details about new food and beverage experiences on tap for fans visiting Continental Coliseum, which is set to open in 2028.

The team announced on Thursday, Oct. 8, that they've selected Levy as the food, beverage and hospitality partner for the arena under construction in downtown Oklahoma City. Levy currently leads the culinary operation at Paycom Center under the white-label brand, Loud City Hospitality, according to a news release.

“We’ve had the privilege of partnering with the Thunder for many years, and together we’ve created a unique Loud City fan experience that reflects the pride and passion of the community,” said Andy Lansing, CEO of Levy, in a news release. “This relationship is so special to us, and we’re beyond excited to carry it forward at Continental Coliseum. It will be one of the country’s greatest basketball arenas and the home of incredible memories for generations to come.”

The Oklahoma City Thunder also released new renderings showing what some of the food and beverage spaces inside Continental Coliseum could look like.

Continental Coliseum is being built on the site of the former arena and convention center on the block bounded by Reno Avenue, Ron Norick Boulevard, Sheridan Avenue and E.K. Gaylord Boulevard. It is planned to be open in time for the 2028-2029 season.

The new arena, like Paycom Center, will host a variety of events beyond basketball. From top touring artists to family shows to national sporting events, the venue is expected to become a top destination in the region for live experiences.

The $900 million arena will cover at least 750,000 square feet in the heart of Downtown OKC.

Construction on the Oklahoma City Thunder's new home is making progress since breaking ground in March, and the city estimates Continental Coliseum will be completed in 2028.

The completion of the arena will also renew the Oklahoma City Thunder's 25-year commitment to remain in Oklahoma City.
