Baltimore’s 30-23 overtime victory over Atlanta, though, will be among the most memorable for Huntley, the former University of Utah star.
The Ravens rallied from eight down late in the fourth quarter to force an extra session, then Huntley led Baltimore on a touchdown drive in overtime before Kyle Hamilton ended the game by intercepting Tua Tagovailoa on the ensuing Atlanta possession.
The victory gives Baltimore a 4-1 record on the young season.
Huntley was efficient in pacing the Ravens offense, completing 24 of 32 passes for 201 yards and a pair of touchdowns while also rushing for 20 yards on six carries and the game-winning touchdown.
With Jackson sidelined by an ankle sprain suffered last week in a game against the Tennessee Titans, Huntley earned his first start of the season and 17th for Baltimore since entering the league as an undrafted free agent in 2020.
It was also Huntley’s third straight victory as a starting quarterback, dating back to the 2025 season.
Having Jackson on the sideline as another set of eyes has helped Huntley in these situations when he’s called upon.
“That’s probably the best thing you could have when you’re coming out the field, just as somebody that had been there before, he’s able to just tell you what he see,” Huntley said in the postgame press conference. “That translates over and (helps) feeling good while you’re out there.”

While Baltimore had scored just one touchdown and three field goals over its first nine possessions, Huntley and the Ravens offense produced when they needed it the most.
Baltimore started its final possession of regulation with 2:31 to play moments after a 48-yard Nick Folks field goal gave the now 4-1 Falcons a 23-15 lead.
The drive started with a holding penalty, moving the Ravens back to their own 19, but Huntley marched Baltimore down the field in six plays to give them a chance for the tie.
It began with a 26-yard strike to Zay Flowers that moved Baltimore to its own 45, then an 11-yard pass to Rashod Bateman to move the ball into Atlanta territory at the 41 as the two-minute warning hit.
Huntley then completed four more passes in a row, getting Baltimore down to the Falcons’ 7-yard line with 44 seconds remaining, before he found Devontez Walker for a 7-yard touchdown on a back-shoulder throw in the front corner of the end zone.

Needing a two-point conversion to tie, the Ravens went with star running back Derrick Henry, who took the direct snap and scored to tie the game at 23-23.
“We gotta score, we gotta score. We got to get in the end zone, and everything else will take care of itself,” Huntley told NBC’s Melissa Stark in a postgame interview, about his mentality going into the final regulation drive.
Baltimore’s defense got the stop in the final minute of regulation to force overtime, and the Ravens began overtime with the ball.
This time, with more time on the clock, Huntley methodically drove the Ravens down for what was the game-winning score.
Baltimore took 14 plays to move the ball 68 yards before Huntley’s QB sneak up the middle from a yard out on second and goal gave the Ravens a 30-23 lead with 2:57 left in overtime.

Huntley completed 5 of 5 passes on the overtime drive for 26 yards, while also running for 4 yards on two carries, as he and Henry (6 carries for 29 yards) were the primary catalysts on the game-winning possession.
Huntley also converted a pair of third-down plays with his arm on the drive.
On Atlanta’s ensuing possession, the Falcons’ threat of tying the game ended when Tagovailoa, inserted into the game late when Michael Penix Jr. was injured on Atlanta’s final possession of regulation, ended two plays in when Hamilton stepped in front of a pass to Drake London for the game-sealing interception.
Ravens coach Jesse Minter praised Huntley for the work he put in helping Baltimore rally for the victory.
“Snoop is just one of the coolest dudes. He doesn’t really get rattled. He just is always the same, and he keeps such a good demeanor about him, keeps his composure,” Minter told reporters. “... He just did his job, and he did it at a high level.
“I told the guys last night, there’s not a locker room in the NFL that has more confidence in their backup quarterback than our guys have in Snoop. He did a great job. He played really well, played with more and more confidence as the game went on and as the moments got bigger, which is really cool to see.”
