Flowers has 405 receiving yards this season, providing explosive production even as injuries have interrupted his availability. His ability to create separation and gain yards after the catch gives Huntley an important option against Cleveland.
The Ravens enter the game at 4-1 and will start Huntley for a second straight week, with Lamar Jackson ruled out with an ankle injury.
