Penn State’s 2026 football schedule is becoming more clear with the release of three additional kickoff times. The kickoff times for first three games of the year, which include the entirety of Penn State’s non-conference schedule, have been announced.

The Nittany Lions will kickoff the season at home against Marshall at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, September 5. The game will be aired on FS1. Penn State will then make a road trip to Philadelphia to visit Temple the following week, Saturday, September 12, with coverage provided by ESPN2.

Penn State will then return home to close out the non-conference slate against Buffalo. That game will also be a noon kickoff, and will be aired on BTN.

The only other game with a set kickoff time is Northwestern, which will be played Friday, October 12, at 8 p.m. It will be the first game at the “new” Ryan Field after two seasons playing home games in a temporary lakefront stadium and Wrigley Field.

Penn State’s homecoming match-up with Wisconsin on September 26 was previously announced as a 3:30 p.m. kickoff. However, that has been updated to ‘TBD/no later than 5 p.m.’ on the schedule.
