Who is Sophie Jovanovic?
Jovanovic is a goalie who was currently playing for the Toronto Nationals.
She's committed to play college hockey at the NCAA level for powerhouse Wisconsin.
She's technically the second woman ever drafted at any point in the OHL's history -- Taya Currie was a 14th-round pick in the 2021 OHL Draft, but that wasn't the same U-18 portion that happened Monday night.
Jovanovic's older brother, Matthew, was previously a second-round pick of the Saginaw Spirit.
It's unclear what will come next for Jovanovic, but she's got her goalie glove into a very notable door.
