Former Notre Dame star gets chance to revive his career in New York
· Yahoo Sports
It hasn’t been the best professional career for former Notre Dame defensive lineman Khalid Kareem, but he’s getting another shot to revive his career in the NFL.
Visit sportfeeds.autos for more information.
On Thursday it was announced that the New York Giants have signed him as a linebacker, not the position that he’s played with the Irish or the majority of his NFL career. After being drafted in the fifth round by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2020, he’s struggled to make an impact on the field.
Kareem has bounced around multiple organizations, going from the Bengals to the Indianapolis Colts, the Chicago Bears, and then the Atlanta Falcons. It will be interesting to see how the position change goes for him, as he has the talent to make it work. Hopefully it does, as he tries to revive his career with a new team.
