Report: Browns QB Deshaun Watson cited for speeding in August

Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson was ticketed for speeding by the Ohio State Highway Patrol on Aug. 26, Fox 8 in Cleveland reported Sept. 9.
Watson was issued a citation by a state trooper for allegedly driving 86 mph in a 60 mph zone on I-480 in Cleveland, according to the report. The station reported that he entered a not guilty plea in Cleveland Municipal Court on Sept. 9

A bench trial is scheduled for Sept. 23.
Watson, who turns 31 on Sept. 14, was named the Browns' starting quarterback by coach Todd Monken on Aug. 24. Cleveland opens the season Sept. 13 at the Jacksonville Jaguars.
